Melbourne’s newest leather association VicLeather will hold its first meet-and-greet this month to mark its entrance on Melbourne’s social scene.

The get-together will raise money for the group’s start-up and will be held at the Laird Hotel. Although usually a male-only venue, women are welcome and are encouraged to attend.

VicLeather is also running a competition to develop a logo to represent the group.

The person who submits the best logo will win a hobble belt and free founding membership of the organisation. The closing date for the logo competition is March 30.

Images are also needed for VicLeather’s new website.

The group is calling for new members, with discounts available until June 30.

For information on developing website images or a logo, email Luke at

The meet-and-greet will be held on March 31, 2-6pm. Entry will be by gold coin donation.
