Are you Fit2Date?

It can be hard to find time to fit in your exercise reps and romance as well so the people from Fit2Date have combined the two in the first group training and dating session.

Fit men looking for like-minded fellows will find a whole bunch grouped together in Centennial Park on Saturday February 21.

The day will involve an intensive two-hour training session, for which Fit2Date founder Erica French recommends that you be at least a seven out of 10 on your own fitness scale.

You should also be doing some form of training at the bare minimum of three times a week. She warned that the session will involve lots of anaerobic work and core and weight resistance exercises.

We timed it to coincide with Mardi Gras because we thought the boys will be at their buffed best. Hopefully it’ll be the first of many.

Hayden Bell, who has already paid his $30 and signed up, was excited about the prospect of meeting some new training partners.

It sounds like the perfect place to try and find the right type of guys with all the requirements I’m looking for and if not, at least I’ll make new friends with similar interests. But the hardest part will be deciding what I’m going to wear.
