Marriage equality at Politics in the Pub
Fresh from leading the Sydney Mardi Gras parade, PFLAG national spokeswoman Shelley Argent is touring the country with Australian Marriage Equality national convenor Alex Greenwich, informing people about how to make submissions to the Senate inquiry into same-sex marriage.
The ‘Politics in the Pub: How you can help’ forums will be held in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth.
“If you need help in making a submission then come to one of these marriage equality forums,” Greenwich said.
At the Sydney event, this Saturday at Newtown’s Bank Hotel, NSW Gay and Lesbian Rights Lobby senior policy advisor Senthorun Raj will join Argent and Greenwich.
The forums are all free but please RSVP online through the links below so organisers can plan for the event.
