Twiggy is romantically yours

UK icon Twiggy isn’t often known for her voice and music, but throughout the 70s and 80s she was equally at home on the stage and in the studio.

She starred on Broadway in My One & Only and notching up two Top 40 albums (Twiggy and Please Get My Name Right).

Twiggy is now returning to her musical roots with Romantically Yours, a collection of new interpretations of pop standards spanning several generations and genres, including Gershwin and Rodgers & Hart, Neil Young, Bryan Adams, Ray Davies and Richard Marx.

The album also includes a guest vocal appearance by Twiggy’s daughter Carly Lawson on Neil Young’s Only Love Can Break Your Heart, a guitar solo by Bryan Adams, and a version of Richard Marx’s Right Here Waiting featuring duet vocals with the American songwriter himself.

It’s release February 24.
