Kylie adds Japan tour dates
After spreading more than her fair share of festive cheer across America, Kylie has returned to the UK for a headline appearance at Capital FM’s annual Jingle Bell Ball.
The pop icon wowed 32,000 spectators at London’s O2 arena with an energetic performance of her latest single Better Than Today as well as dusting off classics like Can’t Get You Out Of My Head.
Better Than Today, the third single from the chart-topping album Aphrodite, was released in the UK on Monday.
Meanwhile, La Minogue has announced Japanese dates for her Aphrodite – Les Folies tour in 2011. She’ll play Tokyo on April 23 and 24, then head to Osaka on April 25. Tickets will go on sale in the new year.
“The incredible response from fans has inspired me and my creative team to develop a new show that will take all of us on a euphoric journey of joy, excitement and glamour. I can’t wait to bring the show to Japan and see all my fans in 2011.”
Still now word on Australian dates, but Kylie is expected to bring the show home at the end of 2011.
