Indulge in a little leather

Sydney partygoers will get into the fetish spirit this Sunday when the Midnight Shift hosts the popular leather event, Indulgence.
Billed as A Folsom St Affair, the night’s dark and dirty tunes will be delivered by DJs Mark Alsop and Chip.
The night will also be a fundraiser for Sydney Leather Pride Association (SLPA).
“This particular Indulgence gives a more street feel in celebration of some of the biggest leather events in the world happening in September,” SLPA spokesman Bailey said.

“It’s dark and dirty with a real fun attitude attached. I think one of the main reasons it works is that everyone makes an effort to gear up in leather and fetish gear, yet no one takes themselves too seriously.”
The Sunday afternoon party will also feature acrobats, a fire show and sexy go-go dancers.
Now in its seventh year, the party will also see the return of Indulgence Men for a sexy fetish exhibition.
Bailey said people’s perception about leather and fetish events were often well off the mark.
“There are a lot of younger guys out there who are curious about the leather scene or just want to try something different,” he said.
“It’s parties like Indulgence that give people a great place to start in a familiar safe and fun environment.
“The last Indulgence was a huge success, with many new faces coming for the first time,” Bailey said.
“We hope to keep it fresh and exciting so this number continues to grow. There are a lot of guys out there who just want to do something different.”
