k.d. saves the day
With Susan Boyle pulling out of her Australian tour – and Logies performance – only a couple of weeks in advance, it’s been left to Aussie favourite k.d. lang to save the day. Lang, who counts Australia as one of her biggest markets (we were the only country to send her last two albums to number one), said she was happy to fill in for SuBo as the star international music guest at the award ceremony, screening on Sunday May 2 on Channel 9. “Australia feels like my second home. I’m also looking very forward to being in Melbourne again,” she said.
