Arts Centre nets Herring
Victorian Opera returns to the the Arts Centre Playhouse this week with Benjamin Britten’s lively chamber opera Albert Herring.
The show explores society’s reaction to an odd individual through a series of comical characters. Leading talent Tom Woods will conduct the production, with Talya Masel as director of the company of singers including Suzanne Johnston who plays Mrs Herring. It runs until July 29.
