Fly high with Pam Ann

Fly high with Pam Ann

Tickets to see the world’s most glamorous air hostess, Pam Ann, at the State Theatre on August 20 are on sale now.

The goddess of the skies is finally bringing her unique brand of comedy to an Australian stage, following the success of her own television program on Foxtel last year.

Whatever happened to the golden age of flying — when ladies wore heels, donned the finest couture and the hairdos were so big they could barely get on board?

Gone are the days when passengers could sit in the cockpit with the captain en route to LA.

Where are the glitz and the glamour, the figure of male fantasy, the icon of female perfection — well travelled yet ready to serve?

Pam Ann, the A-list air hostess to the stars, promises this new show will bring the thrill back into flying.

Australian comedienne Caroline Reid’s portrayal of the gutsy air hostess is unique and wildly hilarious as she identifies quirks of some of the biggest international airlines and their stereotypes, mixing it with a generous dose of camp, glamour and humour.

Pam Ann takes no prisoners on tour and no one is safe from her razor-sharp wit, her observations of people’s behaviour, habits or manners… or lack of them.

Audiences should stow their designer luggage, strap themselves in and have the oxygen on hand as this one-woman show lands in their city and takes them on the white-knuckle ride of their lives.
