Ken Park Ban Stays Put

NSW attorney-general Bob Debus this week refused to intervene in the controversy over the banning of the controversial Larry Clark film Ken Park.

In a letter to the Sydney Film Festival (SFF) who were seeking to screen the film, Debus said he was unable to act under the joint state and federal guidelines which effectively prevent any exemptions for films already refused classification by the Office of Film and Literature Classification (OFLC).
