Gay icon Kylie Minogue will resume her Showgirl tour in Sydney in November, after postponing the concerts last May to seek treatment for breast cancer.The Frontier Touring Company announced the new schedule in a statement this morning.The new Sydney dates are 11, 12, 14 at the Sydney Entertainment Centre and 23, 24 and 26 November at Acer Arena, formerly the Sydney Superdome.The Showgirl tour will also play in Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth and Melbourne.Fans who kept their tickets for last year’s postponed shows can use them for the new dates. Ticket holders do not need to exchange their tickets, and existing tickets will correspond to the original seating placement.To find out the dates tickets correspond to visit the Frontier Touring Company website.A limited number of Showgirl tickets will go on sale on 19 July.Minogue will resume the tour after breast cancer treatment in Australia and Europe.The singer performed briefly with sister Dannii at London gay club G-A-Y earlier this month.She will discuss her breast cancer diagnosis in an interview to air on Channel Nine on 17 July.
