Another orgy of theatrical styles is on its way from The opera Project with their reworking/buggering of the Medea tragedy. Another Night: Medea is based on the original tale, as well as Heiner Muller’s 1983 texts Medea: Material and Landscape With Argonauts and Edward Albee’s Who’s Afraid Of Virginia Woolf? Nigel Kellaway and Regina Heilmann bicker and kill children and multi-media megastar Peretta Anggerek will sing Louis Nicolas Cl?mbault’s 18th century cantata Med? The show opened last night and runs until 10 May at the Performance Space, 199 Cleveland Street, Redfern. Bookings may be made on 9698 7235.
