Dolly takes to the small screen
Melbourne’s darling Dolly Diamond has made the inevitable move to television with a new weekly time slot on Friday nights.
Starting May 3, The Friday Night Late Show with Dolly Diamond will be shot before a live audience for Channel 31 at the Eureka Hotel, Richmond.
Australian singer Silvie Paladino will be Diamond’s special guest for the launch program.
JOY 94.9 FM will also run a podcast of the episodes which will run for eight weeks until June 21.
The chat show will have live music and a range of special guests from authors to actors, musicians to morticians.
“I can’t wait to start interviewing the rich, the famous and the fabulously unfortunate,” Diamond said.
