Prisoner stars help Positive Women

Veteran actor Val Lehman from the iconic Australian television series Prisoner: Cell Block H is organising a high tea get-together for fans of the show to meet some of the original cast and raise funds for HIV charity Positive Women.

Lehman, who played ‘Top Dog’ Bea Smith in the long-running series, will be joined by fellow Prisoner performers Patsy King (The Governor) and Fiona Spence (The Screw) for the afternoon event in Sydney’s CBD (location revealed upon booking) on Sunday, August 12.

For a $200 ticket price, guests will enjoy a welcoming glass of champagne and high tea with the three actresses, with the opportunity to meet, mingle, ask questions about the show and get autographs. Official photographs and other memorabilia from the show will be sold at a charity auction to raise funds for Positive Women, a support and advocacy organisation run by and for HIV-positive women.

Payment can be made to [email protected] Once payment has cleared, tickets, directions and a map of the venue will be mailed to ticketholders.
